There are ample numbers of reasons why it should ignore. Firstly, cultural activities, regional events are only fundamental to any country. They are not feasible for a financial transaction. Secondly, all heritage related buildings and art are only used in the movies as a showcase.

Film stars usually use these heritage and cultural things to increase their income and express the song in the video. For instance, a recent study has affirmed that the downside of spending money in art is correlated negatively with the lack of money in other social factors. Hence, it is apparent that the government only wasting money on promoting music and paintings.
