Nowadays, parents should be held legally responsible for their children’s acts becomes a controversial topic. Many people believe that kids actions, thought always depends upon their upbringing held by parents, while others argue that it is not valid. I firmly believe that parents should not be blamed entirely for children’s action because there are myriad of prospects to influence the child’s action. In this essay, we will discuss all the possibilities with suitable examples and lead to a probable result.
Firstly, in support of my point of view, some parents can teach and guide children at home wisely, but children choose not to listen to them and do their own thing. Often, they join a lousy company which leads to being a loser. They are being affected by the outside world; sometimes, they lost their sense to recognize what is right or wrong for them. Besides, parents even not aware of what their kids do outside the home. And all these things influence children’s activities. Hence, it is apparent why we should not blame parents for the babies blunders and actions.
On the flip side, people who hold the opposite notion are saying that parents are fully responsible for their children’s acts. They believe parents are the one who ensures kids safety and upbringing. They should teach them wisely and restrict the child to avoid illegal activities. And in case if they do not understand, then parents should be aware and try to know what they are trying to do instead of neglecting their actions.
Furthermore, children also influenced by their parent’s movement; they usually become what they taught from childhood. For instance, if parents do fights, using abusing language, arguments then, this makes a child irritable and stressful. So, it is clear why parents actions responsible for children’s activity.
To wrap up, after inspection upon further paragraphs, we can say that “Every coin has two sides.” So, it is not the only the responsibility of parents to build their children but also depends upon children’s company which they join outside the home.

Parenting leads to a lot of responsibilities for their child. To teach good habits and ethics is the responsibilities of their child. To teach good habits and ethics is the responsibility of every parent. Parents are the first mentor of their child. According to a theory, children are like a Blank or Empty Slate without any rules and regulations. As per this theory, infants are not good or bad. The adults surrounding that child leaves an important impact or impression and that will definitely affect the child’s personality. Some people argue that parents should not be responsible for their children acts. I will explain it in the following essay.
A child spends most of the time with their parents and it’s their duty to teach the child everything. For instance, all the social etiquettes etcetera. Parents should stop them if their child is doing something wrong because they have full control over their child. Children represent their parents in the outside world. To exemplify, if a kid steals something from his/her friend’s house then its the duty of his/her parents to make him/her understand that taking things from others house without their permission is a crime. Hence it is clear why parents must be legally responsible for the actions of their children.
On the flip side, some of the parents argue that they should not be responsible for their children’s actions because every parent teaches a child how to behave with others, how to live etcetera with their best efforts. But how much that child adapt, it is not in anyone’s hand. Every parent provides the appropriate environment as per their status however if a child behaves un-ethical then parents are not accountable for that.
In a nutshell, we can conclude that kids act in a way that they have seen their parents doing if it is abusing each other or treating good to everyone. So, parents should be legally responsible for their children’s actions.

It is an inevitable reality that the type of family in a child grows up is wholly connected with the behavior of that child. I firmly think that the parent-child relationship has a meaningful impact on most phases of baby progress. In this essay, we will discuss all the elements and lead to a feasible conclusion.
First of all, parents play an indispensable role in the overall development of their child. Because of the appropriate supervision of parents, a child’s character develops. Children require their parents from time to time to linger on the right path. For instance, “Children are like wet concrete, whatever falls on them makes an impression. No matter what you say or what you do, everything leaves a mark on the children around you.” In childhood days, my niece used to go to his friend’s home and always took his toys at home. If they wouldn’t have hindered him, then that would’ve become his addiction but good that they checked him at that time. Otherwise, he could have had the same pattern now.
Furthermore, parenting is not a simple job as it appears. It’s full of duties. Parents are the first mentors of their kids if we use the cruel and rough style in front of them; they will learn the same and will get scared of you. They will nevermore get open to you as friends. So, It is apparent how parenting is responsible for children’s acts.
In conclusion, after inspection upon further paragraphs, we can say that treat your children well so that they can treat you as friends as well and can share everything that they want to.
