What to expect
In PTE writing task essay writing, you have 20 minutes to write an Essay on the topic given. You are judged on how well you develop a position, organize your ideas, present supporting details, and control the elements of standard written English. Your essay should be between 200-300 words. There will usually be a single essay question in the exam.

|Answer||We know that formal written examination is used for assessment criteria. It refers to a method of evaluations mainly via written exams. Some people perceive that it reflects student’s learning capability on paper while others argue that different students cannot perform always equally when they are under pressure . I firmly believe that Formal written exam is an appropriate way to gauge student’s knowledge. I will elaborate on my views in the forthcoming paragraphs.
First of all, written exams are more inclined towards testing the student’s ability to memorize and cramp learning materials the day before the exams. Student’s with better paragraphs memory answer without having to understand how the question even works. Moreover, due to time constraint, students are often nervous while attempting the questions, here are not in their optimal condition to think.
However, written examined is the only way to stop cheating as compare to other forms of Examination. For instance, student’s take-home assignment could be easily completed by others, hence will not reflects their actual knowledge.
In wrapping up, it seems the examination has asserted unnecessary pressure on students. However, upon further inspection, formally written an examination allows the students to demonstrate their individual knowledge and prevents cheating from any other forms of examination. Hence, It is strongly believed that written examination should be the appropriate formal assessment for the children
